I am Gina Goldfeder, psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, trained both at Universidad Anáhuac and the Mexican Institute of Couples. I was born in Mexico City, but have lived in England and Israel. I am passionate about meditation, writing, reading, and above all, collecting small boxes, books, butterfly postcards, and traveling.
Throughout my life, I have discovered that connection between people happens when we are seen without judgment, with warmth, empathy, and real acceptance. When we feel respected and validated for who we truly are, all the barriers we put up to defend ourselves from pain begin to disappear, allowing us to be free to offer the best of ourselves. I have always felt called to listen and support people in finding their best selves beyond any pain or trauma they have faced. This remains at the heart of my private practice and is my motivation for continuing in my profession.
Honoring and celebrating the existence of others is what I call “love in action”—every gesture, every look, and every word matters. Even the smallest act of generosity can save a life. My goal is to create a safe space for people to discover this pathway to connection and to become their best selves. If this resonates with you, I invite you to experience the process and share your journey—I will be here, ready to listen.
