Releasing emotional wounds and forging a new identity is one of humanity’s most important challenges, but most of us do not know how to move beyond being victims to redefine our true selves. We tend to use unresolved traumas as silent interlocutors or even allies to justify why we can’t live fully, no matter how much we want it.
This book shows the way by structuring its themes in three parts: The first defines the nature of emotional wounds, their origins, and how we come to identify with them. The second offers practical tools for letting go of wounds and creating a renewed personal identity. The third introduces disciplines designed to help us enjoy life from a new perspective of self.
Learning to recognize, honor, and release our wounds allows us to turn them into opportunities for life.
The first step to healing a wound is to stop running from it—instead,
get to know it and honor it to truly transcend it.
This course is designed to help you understand the meaning of your dreams and the power they hold in your life—to make decisions, achieve abundance, resolve conflicts, overcome grief and trauma, consolidate projects, and create a life plan.
Dreams Journal is a therapeutic and creative resource developed by Gina Goldfeder as a tool for self-knowledge and emotional healing. It combines introspective writing techniques with symbolic interpretation of the subconscious through dreams.
Inspired by Carl Gustav Jung’s theories about symbols, archetypes, and the collective unconscious, alongside concepts from Ira Progoff’s Intensive Journal method, this journal enables people to find meaning in their dream images and emotions to transform limiting patterns and strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Gina has developed this resource for both personal use and group therapeutic and workshop settings, guiding individuals to explore their dreams and use this wisdom to clarify their emotional and life path. The course and tools are also part of her online teaching on the Alma Matters platform, where she instructs on interpreting and working with dreams as partners in personal growth.
This approach integrates ancestral symbolism with contemporary techniques, providing a rich experience grounded in Gina Goldfeder’s clinical and literary expertise.
